Experienced legal experts give an overview over the legal bases of the Swiss media and advertising law as well as copyright laws for any questions concerning images. Practical examples of typical problems from a photographer’s everyday working life provide an insight into the subject.

The participants can send in their own practical examples and questions, which will then be discussed in plenary during the workshop.


Target audience
The workshop is addressed to people working in photojournalism, in advertising or a different visual sector and would like to be informed about the legal aspects of photography.
